Inclusive Economic Development provides access and opportunity for the society to acquire fair economic development, improved welfare, and reduced disparities between groups and regions. The Inclusive Economic Development Index is created as a comprehensive measure of assessing and measuring the level of inclusiveness of development. The index is built on three pillars: Economic Growth, Equity Revenue and Poverty Reduction, and Expansion of Access and Opportunity. As a policy tool, this index can be used by policymakers to develop inclusive development policies so that the results can be enjoyed by all layers and groups of people.
