"Working Together to Deliver Services: Opportunities and Challenges for Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) and Governments"
Part 2: Best Practices

with

Sujarnako
(Director of Fostering Networks Between Commissions and Institutions, The Corruption Eradication Commision)

hosted by

Rizky Argama
(Director of Research and Innovation PSHK)

The release of Presidential Regulation No. 16 2018 on public procurement has the potential to improve the reach and quality of services delivered to the poorest and most marginalised people. It will also provide access to much-needed funding for grassroots NGOs and faith-based organisations. These organisations are often uniquely placed to meet the needs of people who are socially and economically excluded and provide services that complement what the government provides.

This two-part series of events will explore the opportunities and challenges for civil society organisations and governments in the new regulations. After the first discussion in September that has examined the background to the regulations and plans for its implementation, this discussion will be talking about the good practices in government-CSO collaboration.
