Evaluation of Mainstreaming GEDSI in Research at Universities

(only in Bahasa Indonesia)

Knowledge Sector Initiative (KSI) as a partnership between Governments of Indonesia and Australia funded by the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), is a program that aims to promote the formation of a knowledge ecosystem in an evidence-based policymaking process, supported by research and policy analysis. GEDSI is one of important components in KSI’s work. One of the efforts is to support the mainstreaming of GEDSI in research funded by the Directorate of Research and Community Service (Direktorat Riset dan Pengabdian Masyarakat, DRPM), under the then Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education, to accommodate GEDSI issues in relevant themes and topics in each research focus area. The main objective of this study is to examine the extent to which the revised Research and Community Service Handbook Edition XII (2018) has encouraged researchers in universities to conduct research using the GEDSI lens.
