This smart practice documentation is a result of a partnership between the International Development Coorperation Directorate, Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas, United Cities and Local Governments Asia-Pacific (UCLG-ASPAC), Bursa Pengetahuan Kawasan Indonesia Timur (BaKTI) and the Government of Australia through the Knowledge Sector Initiative (KSI).
