The National Health Roadmap (JKN) has been formulated to assist the implementation process of the Health Social Security Agency (BPJS). The road map focuses on eight targets, including universal participation, transparent and accountable management, and 85% of service recipients are satisfied with the services provided by BPJS Kesehatan.
