KSI's general objective is to improve the use of evidence in development policy making. The program focuses on better quality and more effective communication of policy research; more and better spending on policy research; and better management, availability and accessibility of data and information for policymaking.
As policies and systemic reforms supported by KSI at the national level will impact on work at the subnational level, it is important to see where sub-national perspectives can be considered, and where sub-national actors can be supported.
