KSIxChange#31: Challenges of Female Academics during the COVID-19 Pandemic
The KSIxChange#31 will commemorate International Women’s Day 2021 which has the theme: Women in Leadership: Achieving an Equal Future in a COVID-19 World. The pandemic has brought an unprecedented crisis to universities and research areas, where female researchers are facing additional constraints. This KSIxChange will disseminate the deeply gendered inequalities in universities and beyond faced by female researchers during the COVID-19 crisis, discuss the significant challenges and the potential ways to overcome the systemic inequality through producing policies that promoting gender equality lens.
